Morehead to Ashland (198KM, 2154M of elevation, 6 Cat 5 climbs)
After a rest day teams will come out ready to win a stage. It's another up and down stage, but I could see this one going to the sprinters. In the Tour of Georgia there used to be stages like this and often they came down to a sprint finish.
