Pretty good games top to bottom in Class 2A. Three highlights:
-- This round is where Murray surprised Owensboro Catholic last season--at OweCath then, too--so one would imagine the Aces will be mighty fired up for the rematch in Region 1.
-- The DeSales' state-championship defense goes on the road to 8-3 Glasgow in Region 2.
-- Newport beat Walton-Verona by 36-26 this season, but that was at Newport and all the way back on Aug. 29. Tonight's Region 3 semi is at Walton.
