If you are looking for a good pop country album look no further than 100 Proof from Kellie Pickler. I know nothing about Pickler but that she got her start from American Idol. I know nothing about what she has done prior to this album, but I can say this album has three things going for it. First, it has a solid selection of songs, Pickler gets a few writing credits. Second, it is very well produced. Third, Pickler provides a very good performance on this album.
So if you're looking for some good country music to throw on for whatever reason this album will fit the bill. Following the Rhapsody rating method I give it 2 out of 5 stars for Not Bad.
Whoa. When I saw the title, I thought this was going to be a one-star at most. Now I'll have to give it more of a chance.
