Vandy went to Lexington and took 2 out of 3 from the Wildcats. Meanwhile, Florida lost 2 of 3 at Arkansas, while South Carolina lost 2 out of 3 at Ole Miss. So Vandy has moved into the SEC lead, but the Dores will be hosting the Gators in a huge series this weekend:

Beltwise, way down in Bowling Green, writes Michael Compton of The Daily News: "With the win and Louisiana-Lafayette’s loss to Troy, WKU is in a three-way tie with Lafayette and FAU for third in the Sun Belt Conference with two weeks remaining. WKU would be the third seed, however, holding the tiebreaker over both teams. The Hilltoppers also hold the tiebreaker over second-place Florida International, which won its 12th straight conference game Sunday to improve to 16-8 in league play. Troy still leads the conference with a 17-7 record in league play. ... WKU will take the week off before opening a three-game series - the final three home games of the season - with South Alabama at 6 p.m. Friday."
