On Saturday, September 6, the South Florida Bulls defeated the Florida Gators 18 to 16 in Gainesville, Florida. With this victory, the Bulls to the title of Unofficial College Football Champion, which the Gators had held since November 23, 2024, when the Gators defeated the Mississippi Rebels 24 to 17.
Life doesn't get easier for the Bulls. On Saturday, September 13, the Bulls will defend the U.C.F.C. in Miami, Florida against the University of Miami Hurricanes, who are currently ranked Number 5 in the AP Poll.
