Apparently There's Some Back and Forth Over Whether

Kentucky and Louisville should play a basketball game this season.  I remember a similar disagreement a few years ago with some team from north of the Ohio River that used to win NCAA Titles back when Reagan was President.  We cancelled that series, and I don't think that team has been heard from since.  Their old coach is now at Georgia.

As for Louisville, I think they should really try to focus on how they're going to beat Duke, UNC, and UVA.  It's hard to be a national champion if you aren't a conference champion.  If the Cardinals don't like the terms on which UK is willing to play them, they can always launch their own series with Indiana --- two powers from the 1980's looking back on old times.  Or maybe play Memphis every year -- that would be even better.
