I am very pleased to report that, based on my initial calculations, the Washington Wizards appear to be on track to be 37 percent better than in 2017-18 and the Eastern Conference-champion Cleveland Cavaliers appear to have gotten 43 percent worse.
Also, the NBA-champion Golden State Warriors have improved a bit.
