So with five states--Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and South Carolina--still to report, here's where the regional lineups for the U.S. Department of College Basketball National Tournament stand:

    1. Region brackets below. I'm going to start playing the first-round games top to bottom but region by region. So, for example, I'll play 10 vs. 11 in the South, then 10 vs. 11 in the West and so on. If you want to play games, too, then just start with the 16/3 game in the North, then do 16/3 in the East and snake your way up the brackets from the bottom.

    2. Two of the Final Four -- Syracuse and Oklahoma -- turned out the same as the real tournament. Furthermore, N. Carolina didn't make this Final Four because it was eliminated by Syracuse, and Villanova was eliminated by Oklahoma.
