  3. Well, this is great. Not only does the United States win the last gold of the games, this gold clinches an overall medals-table championship for Team USA in Lillehammer. The United States joins South Korea with 10 gold medals apiece, but Team USA had six silvers to South Korea's three. Third place goes to Germany with seven golds and eight silvers (to Germany's seven and seven, respectively).
