NFL AP Poll: Week 6

The Patriots pounded the Bengals last week, and the Bengals had been number 2 in the ratings, so we have some change near the top of the NFL Poll.  Our top 10 list is starting to look more familiar as the cream rises to the top.  Also, congrats to the 1972 Dolphins, as there are no undefeated teams left.

1.  Seattle Seahawks:  3-1
2.  Denver Broncos:  3-1
3.  San Diego Chargers:  4-1
4.  Philadelphia Eagles;  4-1
5.  Cincinnati Bengals:  3-1
6.  Dallas Cowboys:  4-1
7.  Indianapolis Colts:  3-2
8.  San Francisco 49ers:  3-2
9.  Green Bay Packers:  3-2
10.  Arizona Cardinals:  3-1

The Dolphins (2-2) went from 22d to 23d after a bye week.  The Redskins (1-4) stayed at 28 after losing on Monday night at home to the Seahawks.

The Game of the Week is in Seattle, where the defending champs take on the number-6-with-a-bullet Cowboys.  There are no other games between top-10 teams, although I'm interested in how the number-13 Giants (3-2) do in Philadelphia.

  1. Yeah, I'm sure the Patriots are not one of the 10 best teams in the league.
