Album Review: Be the Void by Dr. Dog

If you grew up liking bands like The Replacements, Wilco, and the like then you'll like this album from Dr. Dog. It has that same rock traditionalists feel to it and similar to those bands best work feels very organic instead of produced.

I know nothing about Dr. Dog, though they have put out 8 albums over a 12 year period. I really like the sound of this album as I'm someone who did like bands like The Replacements.

This falls into my category of albums that are good to clean the house to and in fact I've introduced a new label for reviews moving forward called CTH Music. I actually come back and look at the Heath Post quite often in search of music to put on while the family cleans the house.

Following the Rhapsody rating method I give it 2 out of 5 stars for Not Bad.
