The state library is making available a series of investor-education kits: "Money Matters" for elementary schoolers, "Let's Invest" for teens and "Investing" for adults.

Yes, let's: The gov has proposed shuffling spending from Kentucky's colleges to elementary and secondary schools.

Also: broadband for all, the Paducah School of Art, I-69 and the LBL bridges on U.S. 68/Ky. 80, etc.
