Huge win for Murray State yesterday as the Racers crushed Auburn 79-59 in the first round of the Charleston Classic. That has to be one of Murray's biggest wins ever against an SEC school.
Today the Racers are in the semi-finals of the Charleston Classic, where they will take on St. John's. Pomeroy is calling this one a 69-68 win for the Johnnies, but he gives Murray a 48 percent chance of pulling the upset. Should be a great game.
All of the Tweeters in WPSD Nation were in agreement that Murray's 20-point win over Auburn wasn't as close as even that margin indicated.
