Oh, Kentucky

It's a Wonderful Life in Owensboro.

Merry Christmas from Mortons Gap!

Congratulations, Pizza Inn, et al, in Paducah. And welcome home, finally, in Shelbyville.

More Christmas parades: Cumberland and Richmond, tonight; Radcliff, Dec. 8, and Monticello, Dec. 15.

KET News Quiz!

Prestonsburg's Strand Twin theater is closing. The building formerly housing Thomasville Furniture in Corbin might be re-opening.

Rook season at the Kentucky State Parks is upon us.

About 100 trophies from "the old high school" are in storage at the Leitchfield City Hall. Presumably, that would be the former Leitchfield High School (the Bulldogs), which consolidated with Clarkson High (Red Devils) and Caneyville High (Purple Flash) to form Grayson County High in 1974.

Rest in peace, Mr. Hayes, a UK and Jeopardy fan who "was the Adair Progress."
