Sorry for the Interruption

This weekend, the Presidential candidates will be scurrying from one swing state to another, Notre Dame and Oklahoma will play a huge football game, and the World Series will be in Detroit.  But the rest of the country will have to spend the next few days hearing about Hurricane Sandy, which is headed for the Northeast.  We will hope that Sandy goes out to sea and doesn't cause too much damage.  Believe me, however, that you will hear all about it, no matter what.

  1. there is a hugh high pressure area in the Atlantic Ocean which will turn Sandy west and onto the eastern US after which Sandy meets a powerful coldfront coming across the country. Better hope someone takes time to alert those in it`s path. Washington DC is not far enough from the coast to escape the possible fury of these two storm systems. pray that high pressure system moves east.
