Yield followed No Code and got back to the basics of Pearl Jam, it's a fairly straightforward rock album. Like I said in my No Code review I'm not a Pearl Jam fan but they are certainly better as a rock band than they are as an experimental band. This 1998 release comes in at number 95 currently on the Best of the 90's list.
Not an album I would ever put on, but I would take it over No Code.
Following the Rhapsody rating method I give it 1 out of 5 stars for Just OK.
I spent most of the weekend listening to Paul Stookey's first solo record, Paul and ... It was a great weekend.
