Well, it's getting very chippy out there now. The Slovenes are pretty much banging our guys around without having to worry about foul calls, and our guys are getting called for everything. Welcome to international basketball.
The foreigners basically think it's cheating for Americans to play a transition game; they don't mind losing so much if we hit a bunch of threes, but they have no compunction about calling walks, charges, touch fouls, or whatever else is necessary to stop us from running fast breaks.
