Soccer Update

They've wrapped up the soccer season, and the big story was the dominant performance of Paris-Saint Germain.  PSG crushed Inter Milan 5-0 in the final of the Champions League yesterday to become only the second French club to win the title.

Here are the major results:

European Cup:  Paris Saint-Germain (FRA) (first ever European Cup)

English Premier League:  Liverpool (ended a four-year winning streak for Man City)

English F.A. Cup:  Crystal Palace (first major title in club history)

Scottish Premier League:  Celtic (four in a row, and 13 of the last 14)

Scottish F.A. Cup:  Aberdeen (first F.A. Cup for Aberdeen in 35 years)

Spanish La Liga:  Barcelona

German Bundesliga:  Bayern Munich (11 of the last 12)

Italian Serie A:  Napoli

French Ligue 1:  Paris Saint-Germain (four in a row, and 11 of the last 13)
