College Baseball

Huge series last weekend, with number-2 Vandy hosting number-4 Mississippi State.  Behind their ace, Kumar Rocker, Vandy won Friday night 6 to 2.  But on Saturday, Mississippi State bounced back with a 7-4 win, setting up the rubber match on Sunday afternoon.  Wearing their special Sunday all-American uniforms -- nobody has more uniforms than Vandy -- the Dores pulled out a huge, come-from-behind, 7-4 victory.

  1. Vandy!

"Kumar Rocker" sounds exactly like the kind of name that a baseball video game would generate, pairing a last name from the history of the sport with, such as in this case, a Hindu first.
