Oh, Kentucky

The sheriff office's practice of handcuffing children as young as 5 ends up costing Kenton County $337,000 in tax revenues.

The cost of natural gas is down, says the Kentucky Public Service Commission.

A state grant for almost $100,000, plus city dollars of about $20, adds up to a new training facility for Madisonville's firefighters.

A better hands-on STEM resource for K-12 students in California, more research space for the college kids in Crestview Hills and a good day all around for Thomas More (née Villa Madonna).
