The Masters

5 comments:

  1. The leader through much of the morning has been Charley Hoffman, a 38-year-old from San Diego who won an NCAA championship at UNLV with Adam Scott in the 1990s. With an eagle at No. 15 and birdie at 16, Hoffman is now 4-under and a stroke better than anyone else so far in the first round. He has played the Masters only once before this week, finishing T27 in 2011.

  2. Hoffman remains 4-under through 17, and, from the Masters.com's new shot-by-shot tracking feature, it appears our Runnin' Reb has a tap-in for birdie on No. 18.

  3. Bubba Watson frequently looks to me like he's about to explode in rage.

  5. Passing of the guard: Tiger goes into the water on 12, while Spieth makes his fourth birdie in a row on 14. Spieth is now 8 under par.
