First go back and read my review for Lana Del Rey's Born to Die and you'll pretty much lock up my review for this album. Though Lorde is leaning more toward artists like Poe than Tori Amos for her influences. Similar to Del Rey the album has it's moments and it's a fun listen, but it also struggles to hold up over the entire album.
Following the Rhapsody rating method I give it 2 out of 5 stars for Not Bad.
