MLB Power Rankings

Here are the top 10 teams in Major League Baseball, according to CBS Sports:

1.  Detroit Tigers:  19-11
2.  St. Louis Cardinals:  20-12
3.  Texas Rangers:  20-13
4.  Boston Red Sox:  21-12
5.  Baltimore Orioles:  20-13
6.  Atlanta Braves:  19-13
7.  San Francisco Giants:  19-14
8.  Kansas City Royals:  17-12
9.  Washington Nationals:  17-15
10.  Cincinnati Reds:  19-15

The Nats jumped back into the top 10 after going 4-3 on a road trip to Atlanta and Pittsburgh.  So far, the Nats have played 20 of their 32 games against teams that had winning records last year.

The Swingin' A's (18-16) are currently ranked 15th.

  4. The A's (18-16-1*) and the Indians (16-13-1*) finish up with a fourth game in Cleveland today--first pitch scheduled for 11:05 a.m. Central.
