Metro Seven Update

Louisville can move from league to league as much as they want, but to me they will always belong to the Metro Seven.  I miss this conference a lot -- and I would point out that it is significantly stronger than the SEC, at least on paper.  Here is how Ken Pomeroy ranks the Metro Seven:

5.  Louisville:  5-1
15.  Cincinnati:  6-0
37.  Memphis St:  3-2
44.  Saint Louis:  3-2
49.  Florida St:  4-2
73.  Virginia Tech:  6-0
129.  Tulane:  5-2

As a bonus, here are the highest-ranked Metro Seven teams (according to Ken Pom) since 2003:

2003:  Louisville (13) (25-7)
2004:  Cincinnati (11) (25-6)
2005:  Louisville (5) (33-5)
2006:  Memphis St:  (9) (33-4)
2007:  Memphis St. (9) (33-4)
2008:  Memphis St. (2) (38-2)
2009:  Memphis St. (2) (33-4)
2010:  Florida St. (24) (22-10)
2011:  Louisville (14) (25-10)
2012:  Memphis St. (8) (26-9)
