Western's team followed up a 13-point loss to Furman -- at home -- with a game where they led Louisville after 30 minutes -- on the road. Two games after a 70-60 defeat at Louisville, the Tops were blown out -- 81-63 -- at home by Florida International, a team that was 3-10 when the game began.
So clearly there is some sort of attitude problem in Bowling Green. My guess is that it will not be resolved until the Toppers have a new coach. In the meantime, I am very sad for one of the nation's greatest basketball programs:
