Packaged Meal Review: Three Beans with Sweetcorn by St. Dalfour

St. Dalfour Gourmet On The Go, Ready to Eat Three Beans with Sweet Corn, 6.2-Ounce Tins (Pack of 6)I'm always looking for some prepackaged food to eat for lunch.  Prefer something that isn't too expensive and not too high in sodium or fat.  The other day at the Moscow Food Co-op, I stumbled upon this particular item and thought I'd give it a try.

There are a few fun items about the product.  It comes with a tiny little fork which is fun.  It comes with what they refer to as a packet of culinary sauce, which is also fun, and it's made in France.  So you feel as though you are eating fancy French food.

Surprisingly it's quite good and didn't leave me feeling dehydrated like so much packaged food does.  It's a fun eat and as it says on the package "Ideal for Vegetarians."

I will make this a regular on my lunchtime rotation and look forward to trying some of their other "Gourmet on the Go" products.

I would give this 3 out of 5 stars for Pretty Good.
