ReplyDeleteI went out on the town in Madisonville this afternoon, hoping the change in scenery would shake a story out of me. I tried the Arby's dining room, the Melody Lanes bowling-alley coffeeshop and now a parking spot next to the Confederate States of America monument on the Hopkins County Court House square. At 5 p.m. Central, a hymn played over the court-house chimes, but I couldn't place the title. It's not at all an obscure one. My mom, listening to "Name That Hymn" on WSON out of Henderson, would've guessed it in about two notes.
