According to Jon Scott's invaluable web page, tomorrow will be the first time the Kentucky Wildcats have ever played an official basketball game on November 12.
It will also be UK's fourth game against East Tennessee State. Ironically, it will be ETSU's second consecutive game against UK; ETSU's last game was in the first round of the 2010 NCAA tournament, and they were eliminated by the Cats. Here are the results of the prior matchups:
11/29/1980: Kentucky 62 - 57 ETSU
12/21/1984: Kentucky 69 - 54 ETSU (UKIT)
03/18/2010: Kentucky 100 - 71 ETSU (New Orleans) (NCAA)
We will hope for a similar result tomorrow night.
